Flat Rate Shipping $15

We reserve the right to ship standard ground via any of the common carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Should you require a different type of service, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Standard shipping rates will apply.

Return Policy

At Sand Oak Uniforms & Embroidery, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You can visit our location(s) to exchange or return your item(s) or return by mail. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. There are two ways to return an item:
1.Bring it to our store(s) with your receipt: 2616 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77063
2.Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped.
If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.
